Visual Thought is committed to quality. We use the ISO8402 definition of quality namely "the totality of characteristics of an entity which bear on its ability to satisfy stated and implied needs". Our Quality Management System defines the organizational structures, responsibilities, policies, procedures, standards and resources required to deliver quality business services, IT projects and IT services. We utilize industry best practices such as CMMI-SE/SW/IPPD/SS, MSP, PRINCE2 and ITIL in our Quality Management System. Our aim is for certification in ISO9001:2000 and CMMI.
